I'm really looking forward to seeing this new mature Tony interacting with the rest of the team (esp Ziva), but unfortunately we have to wait for 2 weeks for it to return to our screens :(

Yeah, that's a pain in the ass. Any idea why we're having another break?

I'm not sure if it connected with how they are showing it in America, its actually back on this Friday, the break wasn't as long as originally stated :D

Friday's 05/02/10 episode...

Spoiler: show
So, reading between the lines - Tiva has just become official? "We'll always have Paris..."

Re Friday's Episode.

Spoiler: show
I go the impression that something definitely happened with Tiva, the relationship has moved up a level or two, but the only thing with them is whatever kinda of relationship they have is going to be complicated and extremely hidden as they can't have Gibbs knowing they are breaking rule 12 now can they?

Ducky taking over the movie references was classic, but there was one thing I did notice in Jet Lag and that is McGee seems to have been getting more trendy, have you noticed that? Its been happening over a few episodes now but it wasn't until last night that it was really noticeable.

Spoiler: show
Oh, they definitely think they slept together. Unless they're going to reveal that they didn't later this season, to the pull the rug from under us.

I reckon we'll see Robert Patrick back for the season finale, what do you think?

Spoiler: show
I got that impression when they brought up his release, I think that could be the first pointer towards the season finale, as appartently it has already started and what better way to end it then with Robert Patrick?

I also think the lawyer is going to play a part, but in what capacity I haven't decided yet...

I can't believe we have another break at the moment though, I think it might be connected with how they are showing it in America again, making us wait to see the next installment is so mean.

Okay, I think I might have found out a reason for this gap...

The Winter Olympics start this weekend, which the US networks normally show blanket coverage for, so I would imagine that means they won't be showing NCIS until after this is over, which is in 2 weeks. Now we are 2 weeks behind the US and if they don't have a break over here it means we would be getting the episodes the same time as the US and I think to get Season 7 now we had to stay a number of episodes behind, hence us having a break along with the US. This is what i'm guessing anyhow from what has happened to US shows in previous years when the Winter Olympics were on.

Double Identity gave us 2 questions, why the dead Marine changed his identity and who murdered him, and why Ducky departed from his signature neck wear. It felt like old school NCIS, a crime in which Tony got to keep saying the wife did it, and Abby got to show just how big her heart is with the puppy and finding out what is wrong with Ducky.

Spoiler: show
I felt so sorry for Ducky, he lost his mum, but he appears to have a lady friend, a younger lady friend at that, who knew he had it in him? With regards to the case, I knew there were clues throughout and I guessed Tony was wrong, and he always says the wife did it, and is rarely right about it, but I never expected the PI, I thought it might of been his army friend who's now with wife 1.

Really looking forward to my NCIS weekend at Easter now :D

I hope not, its strange seeing him a tie, it just seems wrong. I guess it would depend on his lady friend as it appears the change was her idea...

Wonder what the finale is going to be?

The finales for the last two years have been completely awesome. Wonder how they can beat them?

I think it's a sure thing that Robert Patrick's character is coming back...

I'm really looking forward to the finale, they are always good and with the fact I feel Robert Patrick's character is going to be involved, ?Lawyer to become more involved then is she already, it is hopefully going to live up to my expectations and do beyond them!

I can't believe we're on another break though, stupid american scheduling meaning we have to have another break.

Just caught this on the IMDB news feed:

NCIS star Sean Murray has welcomed his second child - a son named River.

The 32 year old actor's wife Carrie gave birth to the tot in Los Angeles on Thursday, according to People.com.

And Murray is thrilled, telling the website, "Carrie and I are pretty Zen'd out right now."

The couple already has a three year old daughter, Caitlyn.

Re: The best show on TV... NCIS

(CBS) With a weekly average of 20 million viewers, "NCIS" is the No.1 scripted show on television.

On the series, Michael Weatherly co-stars as the charming, yet romantically-challenged Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo.

Weatherly says he hopes his character doesn't change because he likes playing the perpetual frat boy archetype.

He told "Early Show" co-anchor Harry Smith, "I have far too much fun going to work every day and playing (him)."

He equated his character's importance to Rob Reiner's role on the TV classic "All in the Family," saying, "Meathead comes down the stairs. You don't want him to become more politically centralized. He has to be the lefty so that Archie can be the (righty)."

He joked that his character is as essential.

He said, "Those are the rules of television."

Weatherly said living in the middle of "NCIS"'s success is like a fantasy.

"I'm pretty sure that this is some kind of lucid dream and I'll wake up and we'll be in the middle of season two. It's very strange to ride that -- a sense of accomplishment and everything."
